Treasury Management Fee Schedule

1Maintain a minimum balance of $2,500 daily or $5,000 average daily balance to avoid the maintenance fee. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period. Contact your banker for full account disclosures. Geographic Restrictions May Apply. Account Opening Subject to Approval

2Average yearly cost savings are calculated based on the per-item costs detailed in the Treasury Management Fee Schedule for all services included in Small Business Bundle. Average yearly cost savings are calculated based on the $45.00 Small Business Bundle fee being waived for 12 months. $45.00 Small Business Bundle fee can be waived for customers with an average relationship balance of $50,000. The balance threshold tied to the bundle waiver is the average book balance of a non-interest-bearing checking account with primary account ownership. Advanced Small Business Checking Account or Public Funds – Advanced Small Business Checking Account is required to enroll in the Small Business Bundle.

Average cost savings are calculated based on the $75.00 Small Business Bundle Plus fee being waived for 12 months. $75.00 Small Business Bundle Plus fee can be waived for customers with an average relationship balance of $75,000. The balance threshold tied to the bundle waiver is the average book balance of a non-interest-bearing checking account with primary account ownership. New Small Business Bundle Plus enrollments will not incur Small Business Bundle Plus fee for the initial six-month period. Customers will be responsible for all service fees after this initial period, as outlined in the service agreement. Advanced Small Business Checking Account or Public Funds – Advanced Small Business Checking Account is required to enroll in the Small Business Bundle Plus.

4ACH Credit transactions must be funded on the business day prior to the effective date. Fee waiver provided on one account per banking relationship. The account to receive the waiver will be defined during customer onboarding. The first 200 items are included with subsequent items priced according to Treasury Management Fee Schedule. ACH Debit transactions cannot be originated in InBusiness Lite.

5Two domestic wire transfers included. Subsequent wire transfers priced according to Treasury Management Fee Schedule.

6First 10 payments at no additional cost. Subsequent Bill Pay payments priced according to Treasury Management Fee Schedule.

7Checking accounts must be Advanced Small Business Checking accounts. Subsequent accounts priced according to Treasury Management Fee Schedule. Contact your banker for account disclosures and details.

8Check Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay Per Item, Check Positive Pay Payee Matching, ACH Positive Pay, and ACH Positive Pay Per Item are included with the Small Business Bundle Plus. Positive Pay Exceptions (Check/ACH) and Positive Pay Returns (Check and ACH) are priced according the to Treasury Management Fee Schedule. Note: Check Positive Pay Payee Matching is subject to technical requirements involving the customer's issue file and check stock.

9$45.00 Small Business Bundle fee can be waived for customers with an average relationship balance of $50,000.
